Provides life care plans and expert witness testimony for people with injuries or disabilities.  She is called upon by both plaintiff and defense attorneys.

• Administrative Nursing Experience​

​

Oversaw the health service department for the delivery of home care services. Developed policies and procedures related to clients’ care and supervision. Oversaw the development of client intakes, assessments and care plans to ensure safe and adequate delivery of care. Develops and implements quality assurance program and ensures compliance with licensure rules.  Assisted with the hiring, orientation, and supervision of home care employees.

• Home Care Experience

Utilized the nursing process to assess and evaluate home care clients’ needs and the placement of appropriate health care personnel to service those needs; provided ongoing supervision of employees. Responsible to work closely with a variety of payment sources such as insurance companies and county programs to provide cost conscious care to client. Awareness of community resources available to client to enhance their home care.
